My name is Linda, I am 53 years old. I have been married to Stephen for 30 years and have three children, Leanne and Matthew 27 and Adam 21. I have some amazing friends that I could never thank enough for what they do for me.
I consider myself to be a happy positive person,things can and do get on top of me now and again but I can always talk to a friend in SHIMS who knows what I'm going through. I try not to dwell on things I cannot do any more, instead I enjoy things I can do and believe me there are plenty.
I enjoy reading and going for wheelie walks on my scooter. I love to be outside in the garden or riding into town and up to the beach. My favourite place is the seafront, people-watching with a cup of coffee. I enjoy the friendship of SHIMS, going on outings, holidays and playing ten-pin bowling, we have such a laugh together, that has to be the best medicine in the world.
I enjoy Life, I love my family, and I will continue to battle everything that's thrown at me.
